Despite the inclement weather on theFriday stages current leader of the British Rally Championship Adrien Fourmaux managed the difficult conditions to take a lead in the 2023 Modern Tyres - Ulster Rally that he never surrendered over the two days. Runner-up and the newly crowned Irish Tarmac Rally Champion Callum Devine with Noel O'Sullivan on notes were a creditable second. Taking third place and recent winners of the McGrady Insurance NI Rally Championship were Jonathan Greer & Niall Burns. Fourth placed Cathan McCourt with Dean O'Sullivan reading the notes on this occasion was also the winner of the recent Carryduff Forklift - Down Rally.
